I've reposted this with a more descriptive title. Mods can delete my other post on this if they wish.
So my Ltr of nearly two years is going well and we are currently living together (her old female roommate lives with us too in a 2bed apartment). I was seriously backsliding for a while after I moved in, got a bit chubs and spending all my time playing pc games but luckily my mates pointed it out about a month ago and ive been hitting the gym and started a new martial Art (bjj, used to box). I also cycle to the place so reckon in a month or so I'll be in the best shape of my life. I am now pretty happy with how things are, both me and my relationship but somethings popped up in the last week or so that I'm not sure I'm handling right.
Shes started being affected by a serious phobia of death/being dead; she doesn't like talking about it really but calls her mum quite a bit to chat to her about it. Supposedly she had this in her teens and its started bothering her again. It's pretty serious, and she can get quite shook up by it - well be just watching tv or something and she'll come and hug me and cry a bit.
Now this coincided pretty closely with me devoting time to jujitsu, but While that might be part of it I think she's serious (I think it's fucking mental to be honest, but I love her and I know normal people can get weird phobias for whatever reason). She's gone to the doctors about it and is trying to do something about it rather than self pitying (although she does self pit a bit).
My question is basically what do I do here? When she first got upset and spoke to me about it I basically said 'ah fuck come here babe' and just cuddled for a while. She doesn't really want to talk about it so I've said 'k, not gonn act like I understand what you're going through but I'm here for you' and left it at that. This morning she seemed moody so I said what's up and she said it's not you I'm just not happy, and she randomly cried again during some random Netflix show that we only watched cos she likes it (this would normally be a 'you can watch that shit but I'm going to play PlayStation' but like I say she's going through some shit). Again I give her the hug and I'm here for you etc etc but now we haven't had sex for a few days and I'm starting to get concerned it's affecting my relTionship.
My primary concern is my gfs mental health, but I want to make sure that Along with caring for her I am still maintaining attraction and keeping our interActions enjoyable and its not getting too emotional whenever we've got some alone time which seems to be what happens currently.
The tipping point behind making this post was me coming upstairs (she went to bed a couple hours ago) and starting the neck kissing routine that works every time and getting told she's sleepy
Advice would be appreciated. Thanks
