I haven't had an LTR in over 3 years. I entered into one about 2 months ago, and honestly it's been a good run so far, but I'm slowly feeling my frame slip at times. Frankly, I fucking suck at relationships - I always start to struggle after the honeymoon phase passes, but I don't want to be in a loop of platedom forever.

It feels naturally more difficult to maintain frame because in an LTR, there's more opportunities for things to slip through the cracks; and I also have perfectionism, so if I feel my frame slip, I sometimes let it show in my behaviour, or a mood will come over me and I'll over think it.

Ultimately, I know holding frame is down to me, and is less to do with her or the relationship. Each time it slips though, I feel like I'm slowly losing ground and am not sure how to regain it. I have some fucked up ideas in my head about how a relationship should work, and I am honestly wary of being totally vulnerable and making mistakes within this relationship.

The girl is great. It's not even that I lack abundance. I know I could always get another girl or two, but I want to be with this girl, I just have these stupid fucking anxieties and concepts in my head that are getting in the way. It feels like both a blessing and a curse when you're in an LTR but you have theories like Hypergamy (for example) floating around your head day in and day out.
