Having official seperate standards is sexist.

Not passing enough women because they can't meet the general standard is sexist.

Clearly they want 1 official standard, but actually 2 different ones.

I'm still in pretty good shape, have been working out my entire life and even though I'm well into my 50's, without even doing any special preparation, I'm confident that I could easily hit the minimum standards which really isn't saying all that much (10 pushups?!).

There is nothing in there that a motivated woman couldn't attain the minimum standards for with a little bit of effort and dedication. The problem is that today few people, of both sexes, really want to do anything more the the bare minimum to get by and expect the bar to be lowered to them rather than putting in the hard work themselves to achieve anything on their own.

Women want to be 'equally included', but fail to recognize that the purpose of the military has nothing to do with either men or women. It's about defending the country.

Equally including people by lowering standards would be supported by any country that is an adversary, and many women... what does that make women?

Lets be real. The scientific advancements made by the military have greatly reduced the need for armed infantry men. This level of pandering and pussy footing around can go on for decades with no appreciable hit to our military capabilities.

Let them make it easier for women. Once they're in the military, then use their numbers and passing as justification to get rid of the draft (I mean, "selective" service), because they're just as capable as men at defending the country.

The next wars are already being fought right now at the keyboards. Guess they don't need fitness for that.

But inevitably all wars will be fought on the battlefield, and if they survive the battlefield due to low fitness standards good for them.

Why would any sane man want to sacrifice himself to preserve this dumb empire? There are no fights for freedom when you can't even have free speech in this country.

Buy guns. Learn to survive in the new landscape despite the handicaps. Help your fellow man.
