If you meet at a party typically it’s easier to hook up since in my experience it’s been that way. If you wait until the next day or after it’s pretty much going to be dead. Strike while the iron is hot. That’s usually when they’re “all over you”....that’s a dead giveaway.

Try to be more agressive when you meet them....push for more that same night....isolate.... escalate. If she won't allow herself to be isolated with you even for a few minutes, she isn't interested....don't even ask for the number. Move on to another target. Women will galdly waste your whole evening just to feel like a guy was chasing after them. A phone number should be a LAST resort.
