I don’t see the issue here. It’s not his daughter and he’ll never feel that bond with her. He obviously only put up with the daughter for her and is sick of it. Good for him for walking away. Hopefully he learned his lesson about dating women with bastard children.

there’s almost no good outcomes from dating single moms.

either the kid is a brat, and you deal with that or leave.

if it’s a good kid, once the relationship with the mom ends, she controls it you see the kid at all unless you adopt. then you maybe see the kid a little more but you have to pay child support.

I dated a few single moms. One of them I liked the daughter more, not anything near sexually, but of pity. The daughter was trained to be a brat. We would go shopping, kid would scream out for candy. Mom would happily oblige her with Skittles, pure fucking sugar. So daughter would run around on a sugar rush, then wear herself out to sleep. WORST. MOM. EVER. Since I'm not her dad, I have no say in this stupidity. I can't even call it hate, but a vile feeling I get thinking of this display of "wonderful" mothering skills. Nothing but pity for the daughter.

Judgment is too difficult to make off of this snippet of conversation. I am not bad mouthing MGTOW, but I am skeptical of this guy. He chose to get with this woman and her child.

Take 5 minutes right now and think about whether or not you could take care of someone else's child as your own. If there is even just a little bit of "nope", then you know its not something you can handle.

He does make it seem like the child isn't the only issue, but this guy shouldn't get points for a breakup. Chances are, if the woman is hot enough, he will do it all again
