While it is certainly true that males are less likely to come forward, sexual violence is generally under-reported regardless of gender. Imagine then saying that women and girls aren't coming forward because of toxic femininity.

hmm, as far as I know, Masculinity didn't shame and laugh at male victims for their gender. They have no idea that concepts can't laugh and shame other people, only people can do that
