It’s been a long winding weird fucking road the past 6 months practicing MRP principles debased into yoga

Post:

I got banned, because I was asking a question in the wrong place. I broke a rule. The one where you’re not supposed to fill the MRP with bullshit.

And it was. But there’s a deeper principle to the rule I broke.

I didn’t think much of it until, slowly, it dawned on me. I hadn’t actually put any effort into understanding what people mean here by the principles.

I gave no real effort into figuring out my own question either.

I was looking for an easy way out. And that’s a problem. It wasn’t out of laziness. It was out of weakness and the fear that I couldn’t figure it out with my own strength. I couldn’t trust myself.

Rather than face the burden of creating my own strength and frame. I built my false strength on lies that could give me an easy road to strength. I put the burden of responsibility for my own real strength and self preservation onto others. Because the only shortcuts to strength are harmful and exploitative like that. That’s why I was engaged with MRP. That was my aim. The same cope frame I had in my LTR.

You are doing this too?

The truth is nothing good comes from weakness. I’m very glad it’s not rewarded or tolerated here. Because through that I could face my own weakness and start to take responsibility for creating my own strength.

So, thanks so much Horns, Weakandsensitive, ThreeKinds and all the mods and others for doing what you do.

Receiving the lesson of frame (and other lessons) isn’t something I can ever return in value.
