Here are my sparknotes on a conversation a coworker of mine had out in the open near my cubicle:

- 30-something year old woman in marketing department

- She had this conversation completely in the open, with just cubicles separating her from the rest of the office

- Recorded her interactions with her husband without his knowledge for the purpose of using it in court to divorce him; let other female coworkers listen to them for entertainment while all giggly about it

- She moved out, did not tell him in advance; claims he "doesn't need to know"; communicating with him as little as possible

- Plans to use the courts to get full custody of their child; doesn't really seem concerned about being able to win that case

- Note: I'm not aware of full circumstances, so he may be a bad guy

- Refuses to even tell their daughter about her divorce plans so as not to tip the father off

- Had a phone conversation in the middle of the work day for about a 30 minute stretch

- Received lots of "mmm hmmm, oh yeah honey, you're so right about him girl" from the other coworkers
