Prenups and laws in general are meaningless when gender politics are involved.

Things like this offer false hope. Avoid the whole mess rather than thinking you've found a loophole that will keep you safe.

This is bullshit advice. Prenups are tossed out all the time. Anyone selling you on marriage and dating with the idea that you can just get a prenup is lying to you and trying to lure you back to the plantation. These fucking PUA's on youtube talking about "holding masculine frame" in divorce court are idiots. The basic MGTOW principles still hold true.

Prenups can be voided and tossed by a judge of your not VERY methodical about it.

1) list ALL of your assets. If it turns out you didn't include any assets in the prenup, the judge will void it.

2) make sure she gets her own lawyer and they review it with her or she'll claim she didn't understand it and a judge will toss it.

3) the terms must be fair and equitable, or the judge will toss it.

Agree, always always always have a pre-nup. Not all judges will toss them, so it is cheap, possibly useful, insurance.
