You can even do a trial to Audible if you’ve never had it and use the free credit, or find a free PDF online by searching the title.

You are NOT crazy, you are a victim of deep trauma, and your feelings are going to be so all over the place. I’m so sorry you are dealing with this, you are stronger than you know and I really hope you get away from him and begin to heal.

You need to take your photos/evidence of any abuse and get a restraining order. It DOES get better. So. Much. Better.

Everyone is right. You are being abused.

Try not to go back to your parents house, seem like they are not healthy either. I would look for a room to rent in a house with other women tbh. It will be cheap and you'll have healing company and a safe space. When I was starting over it saved my life.
