TLDR:Go your own way. No matter what you think she can leave you at any moment for another. no matter how much effort you put in. A childhood friend whose life I put together left me for Chinese fella.

So, for those that don't believe you'll get screwed over you will. It's just a matter of time.

So, I didn't grow up with the easiest childhood, but this isn't about that. This about a girl I met in highschool. Around 2006?2007? So, i've known her about 14 years, We started dating in 2017 till March.. 02 2020. So, I had known her for around 11 years we talked. I always thought, man when she wakes up and see's i'm the one, i'll make her the happies the woman. She was taken. Her bf passed away and I moved in for the kill. It took a year but we started dating.

It was glorious. An entire 2-3? months of a honey moon phase. Sex daily whenever wherever. etc.. Boy I was in love. I dreamed of this girl. Those of you who were blinded by love will understand. This girl could of shot me and i'd still say i love you. I went from pretty well off at 20 hours to 60 something hours to support her. I put her through college, paid for her face to fixed up, teeth, everything.

When we got together she had 3 credit cards maxed the fuck out around 15k at 28% interest. 25k+ student debt. No money to fix her car or hardly any for food. Basically in the f'ing dumps. An was planning to take out more loans to finish her Teaching degree where she majored in SPANISH in FLORIDA. and minoring in Chinese (note this). Florida, lots of people speak Spanish especially where we are. but, whatever.. She wanted to travel. Was super enthusiastic about us both going all over the world. So, she decides she wants to do a semester in China. This.. is where it all fell apart about 3 months after dating, a month into China.. It changed and I didn't know it.

She met a guy named Adam. I paid for her flight over, schooling everything from this point on until later i reduce her payments as i suspect her of cheating. I stayed in Florida where I had my job. She went from begging me to visit to never mentioning it. I brought it up and she said no stay and work shes too busy doing 40+ hours a week at work, while i'm working 60.... I blow it off. Time goes on to shorten this story.. She never comes back. I slowly start to suspect cheating and start cutting her off bit by bit. Where at first I was giving her a about $1,500 a week within months it trickled down to $2k a semester. I ended up paying off 3 credit cards, and some school payments. If I hadn't kept up the payments she would of had to stop school. I never finished paying off the student loans thankfully. Lots of massive flags thinking back... It took so many to break the hold.

Probably the first thing to alert me, was I had a whole week off work. I decided to call her and tell her i was coming to visit her in Mexico at this time where she was studying for Spanish. She doesn't answer.. So, I call every day for a week no answer and I think the worst. Come to find she blocked my phone. She calls me 9 days later. With tons of excuses. Internet outage, I swat that away, her phone died, but it kept ringing.. I mean the mental gymnastics were real. She has now started sticking to it was a bug. Thats bullshit people aren't blocked by a random phone bug. She said she was out on a camping trip and couldn't charge her phone to unblock me.. Yet it rang....

Thinking back I should have left then and so many times before. I stayed, but on alert as I couldn't prove her cheating but i 100% knew it. I didn't want to throw away my childhood friend on possibly being wrong.

So, Note two uncles know about me. I've never met her dad or mom. I actually grew up thinking they were dead. It wasn't until we started dating I found out they were alive. I'm not in any profile pictures but i let it slide as she's not my profile picture.

Pre-covid. her credit cards are paid, shes got tons of clothes/shoes/ her mom's house/car are fixed up, ( yeah i sent her money for her mom to get a new water heater and fixed her heater as she lives in missouri). I wake up march 02? to a text. "we should break up". She's left the country. an is in Qingdao China. She's told me she won't pay me back. left me with 6k to my name and i had my own car payment and didn't know I was about to lose my job in a few days and have to live like that for a year with no unemployment. Remember that first semester 3 years ago she went to China? a month in there she met a guy named Adam. They've been dating since then. I guess he was her main man, because he's now in her profile picture. Somewhere, where I the guy paying all her shit never was. I was left broken and broke. The girl I broke myself working all day, and some nights staying up all night to help her with whatever she needed I found had been fucking other guys the entire time. Now she's taken about 30k from me. An spent it. I still had access to her bank. I removed her from mine and her beneficiary status. We who were set to spend our lives together shattered. It'd cost me more to sue her and get her back here. So, i pull my shit together best I can. tbh, i'm still broken over it. The rage I feel... The fact her uncle lives just a few houses down. I was left with nothing. All my investments in her until now were just stolen.

My networth cash was 1.4k after paying car off, and a house at 140k paid off when she left.

Now today 5/6/2021... I've built myself up I'm going to the gym. I am not super bulk but I am getting there. Now, my networth is rougly 400k. An I might get 500k from inheritance in coming years. Her parents have nothing. No house, not even a car anymore at this point. Infact they're driving her's while shes in China. In almost a year I more than doubled my networth. I didn't know what a burden she was on me. The hours wasted. Now, her and Adam are happily living in China. An i'm alone in Florida. But, I have the money and can do whatever I want while she penny pinches. She's still going on vacations every month like she has my money. She's already called me hinting for money and that she racked up debt on her credit cards again. I said no. I'm getting close to retirement. I reduced my monthly bils to 1k a month. I am getting close to where I want to live off my investments in the next 2-4 years.

I am still heart broken, and i learned possibly the most painful lesson. That no matter how much you love, put effort in how much you make. You cannot keep her happy. A childhood friend I never thought would screw me over did. She did it without tears, hesitation. She doesn't regret her actions, but I will become amazing. I will make her regret it and live my life.

Do I hate women? No.

Do I understand them? More now than back then.

Do I hate her? Absolutely. Fuck you Tiffany.

I wrote this at 12:30am, i'm exhausted. I need to wake up for work in a few hours, but after seeing Bill gates, and Drake in the news I just wanted to add my own story to it.
