Have you taken her our on a one-on-one date? After you meet up in public and do stuff, steer her into a more private location, like suggestig going on a walk or something. Then you escalate, you have to build up to it, first through getting flirty and teasing, then kino, then finally you take her chin into your hand, tilt her head your way, and kiss her. She should not resist.

Her eyes will be looking at your lips pretty often if she wants to kiss. But this won't always be the concrete truth , so here is where you apply what you have learned about push and pull. Get closer to her lips and when you are too close , go whisper something in her year. Builds anticipation (if she is into you). Or all this will show you that she does not want to kiss if she backs up.

There won't always be a right moment. She is talking too much? Tell her to shut up for a moment and kiss her. Or don't tell her anything at all. Use your imagination. Fuck with her.

The hot Venezuelan which I am currently seeing....I surprised the hell out of her with the first kiss. She was still talking as we were saying goodnight and mid-word, I just hugged her and kissed.

I can't remember where I saw this, either on a YouTube video or on TV. But a psychologist was saying that if a girl will drink from the same straw/cup you're using (offer her a sip) then she is wanting to kiss you.

Whether that is true or not, it might give you some confidence and a way of mentally leading up to it. But overall, you are overthinking this. Don't worry about what she is thinking. She wants you to take control of the situation, plain & simple, so just do it. What's the worst that can happen?

don't wait on a specific green light. trying to read IOIs and interpret body language is too slow and unpredictable. just keep ramping up the kino until she pushes you away. make sure to read all the kino stuff on the sidebar and dicarlo escalation ladder. i'm assuming you are actually touching this girl and not just awkwardly standing in her personal space using hover hands. and more than just incidental contact so you are touching each other on the torso, waist, hips, and legs a lot.

tl;dr for autists and the lazy: if you can touch her neck, face, or hair and she's cool with it, the next step is a kiss. if you aren't already alone with her, make sure to isolate her away from any friends (even if she likes you, she won't want to kiss you for the first time in front of other people because ASD). do something like play with her necklace, brush her hair out of her face, or lean in close to smell her hair. if she doesn't move away or act weird when you touch her then you should go in for a kiss.

When you hug her pull your chest away from hers after a normal hug length and if she leans back and looks you in the eye smiling while you're still holding each other then you're good to go. If you've been in a relationship before you should have done this numerous times. Since this is a first kiss expect a bit of anxiety but do not hesitate, just go for it.
