Don't assume that MGTOW is right for you. Think for yourself. Look at the lives of the men around you, both married and single. Are they happy? Are they doing what they want? Talk to them, ask them questions.

Two important rules:

Education, education, education. Continue to learn throughout your life, both formally and informally. Learn as much as you can. Focus on your enthusiasms, not on your dislikes.
Invest, invest, invest. Invest time and resources into the three healths: good physical health (exercise daily, don't smoke, social drinking only), good mental health (make friends with both men and women, keep on good terms with your family as long as it doesn't compromise your own needs) and good financial health (don't marry or cohabitate, always wear a condom even when you aren't using it!). Small but continuous improvements will yield BIG results, sooner than you think. On the other hand, minor but continuous bad habits will also yield BIG results, sooner than you think.

Well firstly your 14, your far to young to be getting into this stuff. Go out and enjoy life, enjoy being young, trust me when I say this once you get older you will miss those days. I will say this, develop yourself, both mentally and spiritually, those are both never ending tasks.

Focus on yourself.

Lift and do cardio. Take martial arts and learn to fight. Do well in school. Learn a good trade or get a degree that will pay you well or join the military and do cool shit.

It sucks when you’re young and hormones are raging but do the above and before you know it pussy will chase you the rest of your life. Women are dream killers and seas anchors, ESPECIALLY at your it age.

Hide in plain sight. Don't signal to the world your different. Use your high school setting to observe male-female dynamics (redpill). School "Relationships" don't last very long, so you can observe all the stages and the eventual end. Develop hobbies instead of chasing women. Mastering skills and developing new talents makes one more confident. Try everything you can, especially more physical activities.

Think of one thing other than sex that you've always wanted. Now think about what happened some time after you finally had that thing. Did your life actually got better, or was it a mixed bag of the same-old-same-old? That's what sex and girlfriend is like. One can argue that the price of sex will be a crazy, manipulative girlfriend who will actually make your life worse. Don't let the illusion of happy-looking couples ruin your high school experience.

First and foremost you don't need women, your sense of self worth is what you make of it not what society tells you it is, don't listen to anyone who calls you a loser for not having a girlfriend, they're only projecting their own lack of self worth onto you, you decide what you want to do and you decide what your sense of achievement and self satisfaction is. Learn to accept being single as something you can be happy with and have an abundance mentality if you do want women, be the best person you can be.

You're a little young to have to worry about mgtow anything.

Go be young. Learn a trade and learn it well. Learn how to treat others fairly and equitably in business and your personal life. Do not chase girls, it's a wasted effort. Don't get into drugs or alcohol. They steal time from you. Get outside in a sport that puts you into nature. Or onto a competative field. Enjoy being sore the next day after a hard workout. Find a male mentor who is already successful in whatever field you choose. And follow his advice and lead.

Just enjoy being a teenager while you can. When it comes to girls, don't be nervous talking to them. When you get rejected by one you like, count it as a good thing. Like Tesla ir Edison. You'e eliminated a possibility that wouldnt work. Don't "just be friends", ghost her from your life and move on, always focusing on yourself and your development.

Embrace your failures as learing experiences. Analyze your mistakes and ask your mentor for help.

Go be young.

Enjoy being young. Date many and bang them all. Wear a rubber, learn how they act but don't think too much about it. Focus on improving yourself and dont give them too much time, walk away often.
