Women are always going to be able to find a man to get themselves pregnant with. The problem is the prisons they are going to have to build because he can't afford the child support. Women will have to pay the majority of taxes to have all these men locked up. Black women have been complaining about this forever (how many black men are in jail for failure to pay child support).
