That’s pretty dumb and I’ve never heard of that - don’t include that. First - this is the whole point of divorce - you alone get to decide what type of relationship your new partner should have with your kids. It’s also not well thought out: - What if one person doesn’t have a new partner - is the other person not allowed to bring their partner ever? - What if your kids have a great relationship with your partner and wants them to attend and has a terrible relationship with wife’s new partner and doesn’t want them to attend? Now your relationship with new partner and kids is being controlled by what’s happening on her end. - What if wife’s partner just doesn’t want to attend these shared holidays and opts not to go while the yours does want to but isn’t allowed to? - You think any grown mature woman wants to be in a committed relationship (assuming that’s what you want) where they can’t spend major holidays with you and your kids unless wife has a partner who is able to attend also? It’s juvenile bs.

Tell your ex to take a hike with that controlling shit - no Judge would side with her and put that language in.

That's not a good stipulation. It's controlling and looks abusive to me.
