Good grief, we have been negotiating this for over a year now.

This is supposed to be the final draft before submitting it to be written into a judgement and you haven’t been getting your attorney to review it all along? I know you have been talking to one. Hell, I even know who she is and NOW when it’s final you want to even consider going back and changing things?

I am a fucking hostage. I shouldn’t have to pay someone who has abused and taken advantage of me. Why isn’t lying to someone in a marriage considered fraud enough to change the equitability of the division of property, assets and income?

She has already agreed to these things and if I were to go back and try to change things I agreed to then she would throw a fit.

If she tries to change things I am going to remain calm, I will detail all of the things I want in exchange:

I will start with a Complete accounting of every dollar she spent on her affair. I want my half returned to me. Then all the things I gave in on I will start to go back on as well.

We have agreements on values, these have been agreed on. Our mediator has represented the shit out of her and not been neutral. She does this constantly, every time we get to what looks like the end she moves the goal posts.

Fuck I’m so pissed and I just need to rant.
