My ex wife told me she was pregnant on Christmas, hadn’t been divorced a year. I get it, I’m sorry man. Try to do whatever you can to make the holidays about you. Easier said than done but that’s all I got because that is a shatty situation.

In your situation what would help me to get through the holidays is to plan how to move forward with the divorce. Start scouting lawyers, if necessary. Start separating your finances. Learn what laws apply in your locale. Knowledge is power. Learn more than her and get out as quickly and financially intact as possible.

Sorry man, I know how you feel. Mine didn't happen on the holidays but I was only married for a year-and-a-half also. Total 4. Ended up leaving and sleeping with her AP same night we had an argument. That same day she ended up moving out and living with him. I know how bad those 1st holidays can be but take care of yourself.
