The vast majority of states don't care about infidelity. All they care about is proper division of assets, savings, and determining the correct spousal support and child support amounts.

Sorry brother, it doesn't matter if she was cheating on you. It has little bearing on the divorce proceedings unless you had a prenup that specified it.

If she's pregnant and says it's yours, I would say that you could easily make child support contingent on paternity testing.

You will need to refile for a divorce decree.

If the kid is born do paternity testing immediately and don't let her put your name on the birth certificate if the kids not yours. protect yourself from 18 years of child support for a kid thats potentially not yours

Unless you can somehow document that you were not having sex (not sure there is any way to do that btw), the presumption is that the child is yours and so you have an uphill climb. My guess is that you can use those cards etc to challenge the automatic presumption but this is really something you need to engage with a lawyer on.
