You can't sweat this kind of thing. Women aren't stupid. If your wife or girlfriend really wants to cheat on you and really wants to get away with it, she's doing it, and you'll never be the wiser.

You can lie awake in bed, pissing the sheets and biting your nails all night long, or you can shrug, go to sleep, and hit the gym in the morning, confident that you're just fine with or without this woman, and could always replace her if needed.

If you're not just fine with or without this woman, or you can't replace her on a moment's notice, that's what you need to fix, rather than stressing out and trying to fix her or fix your relationship.

Even if you live with a woman you probably won't know when they cheat. They can say they are going to get groceries and get fucked by Chad in the back of the car with milk in the floorboards. They'll even think it's extra hot because they have to be sneaky.

Trust is earned. People show you who they are and you come to rely on their patterns, and the patterns of people in general (AWALT). The main thing is to remember that you will survive and do just fine regardless of what she does. Might sting a bit but who cares you will move on and bang new bitches sooner or later.

The other point is trust but verify. If your gut says something is wrong, check it out. Give her chances to fuck up & pay attention to see if she makes good choices or bad ones. If you tell her exactly how to act every time she'll just do that to shut you up and chest anyways. Girls know what being a good girl is like, they already know how to behave for the most part. Don't buy this victim/I didn't know/I got drunk I'm sorry bullshit.

Hold them accountable and walk when the lines get crossed.

I don't think a relationship where you see your woman once a week and have no idea what she is doing the other 6 days can be considered a LTR.

Don't spend your life worrying if a woman will cheat. They can do it without you ever finding out. Just like you have the same ability. You can go fuck some broad and she will never know.

Rememeber , catching a cheater is extremely hard , especially they have not cheated.

If I were you I'd follow archwinger's advice. You'll drive yourself nuts thinking about this stuff because she can get away with cheating if she wants to. (So can you, with some care and caution, but that's another story.)

But if you just HAVE to know, shell out a couple grand for a PI and put her under surveillance for a night or three, and have him run one of those super duper background checks on her. And when you see her, sneak a look at her phone. You can't put a keylogger on her laptop because you dont' see her enough and you have no way to retrieve the captured info. And if you have to do this, then do it once and then be done with it because if you keep doing it you'll drive yourself insane.

Or, you can just work on yourself, and replace her if she flies the coop or you get tired of her.

Sure. Anybody can cheat at any time. Even people who live under the same roof cheat sometimes. Picking a partner who demonstrates good character in other areas of life probably reduces the risk somewhat. And be proactive and tackle any issues in your relationship; don't just blow them off. Otherwise, there isn't much you can do.
