The whole gender pay gap is idiocy. If my boss could replace me with a woman who has the same degree and experience, but at 75% of my wage, he would. Faster than than you'd think possible, me and my male coworkers would be out of a job or forced to go down in pay by 25%.

But we don't.

Because when I got my MSc in mechanical engineering, we were 5 who graduated that year.

Guess how many of those 5 were women.

That's right. Zero.

And contrary to what feminists want you to belive, we had courses with other classes at the university. These included a girl here and there. Not once did I hear anything said or see anything done towards the few girls that so much as smelled of harassment or "rapey talk". I'm not saying that it never happens, but it doesn't happen everywhere. And still, I have only ever met one woman who had the same degree as I and she was using it to teach at the university.

But by all means, let the feminists show me all the women with MSc in mechanical engineering who are willing to work for 75% of my pay.

They can't because they don't exist.

We know the pay gap is false, because if companies could pay women 30% less, their entire workforce would consist of women.
