I think they should at least make the false accusers stay for the jailtime the accused had to. Then they should be labeled as the rapists after words so society knows their willing to fuck some ones whole life up like that.

This is disgusting. The more these psychopaths get off with just a slap on the wrist, the more it will happen. They need to be made examples of. They need to multiply what the rapist would have got by at least 3, and smear their image and name all over the news so people know about it. Now imagine all the men sitting in prison for rapes they didn't commit...

If you make false claims like this, your punishment should be at LEAST twice the punishment of the accused.

The poor guy spent a year in jail, has a bad record (not sure if the state can swipe it), and possibly lost a bunch of other perks as well. I mean, 35 days in jail for her?

She should be in jail for AT LEAST his times + payment for lost wages, mental damages, and also be file as a sex offender.
