My husband and I have always had a very traditional redpill-esque relationship. Finding TRP/RPW has helped us connect with like-minded people. Recently after reading some posts and becoming aware of internal struggles I've previously been unable to name/identify I've started to make changes that have positively impacted our relationship and I'm looking to gain more momentum. Please help me by providing advice on two things I'm struggling with.

1) I keep discovering new areas of my life that I need to change or improve. Any advice on how to conduct a full life assessment so I can focus my efforts and subsequently growing my own value?

2) Taming the inner slut. I used to look for other men's attention as validation (before I recognized that ultimately reduced my value), now I'm trying to stop. It feels like trying to break a terrible habit and I'm now working daily to train myself out of it, but need some advice.

Currently when I find myself desiring this validation I correct my behavior by considering two things and the desire goes away: 1) reminding myself what comprises my own value and 2) desiring to not devalue my husband and our relationship by disrespecting him in this way.

My question to you is am I doing enough or correcting myself in the right way? i feel like I've been making some progress but I'm curious if this desire will continue to reduce over time.

Thank you for you advice!
