The sign above her clearly states you need a mask to be on that public transport. Spitting on someone normally is legally a form of assault and in our current pandemic situation could be easily argued to be a biological attack. And then there's the fact someone was filming this already, implying there was probably some shit going down before this even happened, with this being the 'I'm getting the last laugh' tail end of it. All things considered, she got off too easy imo, especially since you know she did that dramatic diving prat fall to try and get extra sympathy to play up the victim angle.
