Some of these points are valid. But living with parents is a ding off a guy's attractiveness, no matter how hot he is. Sure, a total Chad can probably live at home and still get laid. But no woman is viewing that as a positive. Same with not being able to drive. It's a point subtracted from SMV regardless, not something spun into a positive. The difference is that losing a few points off SMV when somebody is already super hot doesn't make a noticeable difference.
I can see being shy and liking comics spun into positives with a more attractive male. But anything that signifies a lack of economic stability or a lack or independence is never going to be spun into a positive. At best, it would be ignored.
