I wonder if they will go to the root cause.But I doubt it.I will suspect it will be allocated more resources that will go to support black single mothers households in the name of black boys and men.In order to help black men you have to help more black women.They will spin it like that.

So I assume the outcome is going to be that all the problems are due to them being black and none are due to them being male.
