Back in March, BOLT UK, (a taxi company like UBER), sent me an email offering a 20.8% discount for women only saying: "...women typically earn 20.8% less for doing the same jobs as men. That’s not okay" Then they posted the offer on their Instagram page.

Well, I thought to myself, that is indeed not okay.

Not only is it that fake news, but it's a blatant breach of the Equality Act 2010. So I emailed and posted them my "Letter before Claim", and said:

"Your offer to women only has made me feel humiliated and deeply upset. I require damages from you of £1,000 plus my expenses. I also require an apology. Blah, blah, blah"

They sent me a silly email back full of feminist woke double-speak. So I issued a County Court Summons via Money Claim Online. That took 5 minutes and cost me £60. They never replied to the court, so then I requested judgment (online) and was granted it.

They never paid-up, so I sent the bailiffs in (also online, £77). Today they paid-up. It cost them £1,000 for me, and £447 in court costs and bailiff fees.

So I'm going to donate the £1,000 to "The Fawcett Society", "...one of the UK's leading charities for women's rights and gender equality"

...haha, just kiddin'. I'm going to donate to UK Men's Rights & Health Charities.

God bless you all.

PS: There is a time-limit of 6 months (less 1 day) for civil claims under the Equality Act. They closed their offer on the 7th March 2020; so that means that I had until 6th September 2020 to register my claim online, after sending them the "Letter before Claim", and giving them 14 days to pay. And I didn't need to be a customer of BOLT in order sue them; and I could even have been a "a person who menstruates" (LOL), as long as I didn't identify as a woman.

PPS: I'm going to write to TFL ("Transport for London"), and demand their taxi operator licence be revoked for sexual discrimination against Trans Men, Non-Binary, Gender Fluid, Two-Sprit etc
