When I was younger, I was scrawny, spotty, bad hair, and bad dresser.

Today, I have a good body from weight training 5 times a week + running 5k a day. I have a stylish haircut, styled stubble, and wear expensive T.M Lewin shirts.

Guess which version of me girls want to date, even though the man inside is still the same as he always was.

I completely agree with the “still worthy part” but just know that society as a whole isn’t forgiving as the still handsome can be subjective and that doesn’t mean fat people cant be handsome.

Verdict: make sure to have a healthy amount of constructive criticism against your self so you can always improve, please don’t put yourself in a position where self love is so potent that when someone mocks, makes fun of, and laughs at you it doesn’t feel like you’ve been shot through the heart. But at the same time don’t self loathe yourself so much that every barrier in your life you see as your fault
