I’m sure there’s more context, but this is actually terrible if we take this story at face value. I don’t care what the cunt said, you don’t want to start fining and imprisoning people for insulting or offending others. Like the 12 year old who got arrested in the UK yesterday for a racist slur on twitter. Yeah yeah, that’s awful that he said that, but what these people never stop to think about is, once you open that can of worms and imprison people for speech, eventually other people will be in power and they’ll imprison you for saying something they don’t agree with. They’ll take it too far, for you, one day, but by then it will be way too late.

She didn't just call him a "dumb foreigner" to his face.

She went on a national TV program to rant about how he's a bad neighbour and bullies her. The judge concluded she was the 1 bullying him and the workers at his house and was confident he'd never bullied her.

He sued for defamation, which is understandable when someone goes on TV and makes claims your a bully and threaten their life, when in fact it was him and the people working on his house where bullied by the accuser
