Who sells them? Asking this because I thought doctors threw them away after. Tho I'm guessing they could be used for stem cell research but I doubt it.
Who profits once it is bought? Does the hospital give any to the parents?

Sorry guys, that's not what this is. They are selling cells called keratinocytes. They aren't selling foreskins. These cells did come from a foreskin, a long time ago, but it was expanded and expanded in dishes and immortalized in the lab.
