The Anglosphere has a peculiar kind of feminism which is particularly irritating and militant. Otherwise, as others have mentioned, France is much more "cucked" than the US. This feminists has literally created a gendered issue from thin air i.e. meat and patriachy and will make millions from doing this... it allows professors to be established with immense power as they run entire departments of fake gender studies**. It has spawned an entire industry of journalism and allows journalists to keep a job e.g. all real articles: sleep is sexist, air conditioning is sexist, knowledge is patriarchy, manterupting etc,. Most of all it and an explanation for why the feminists are advocating feminist policies on domestic violence that actually HARM women, is because it secures billions in funding and creates artificial jobs and government departments that shouldn't even exist ... in Ireland en get 1.7% of domestic violence spending so it is vital feminist keep this victim narrative which even harms women, so feminists can get basically 100% of the money and fake jobs. This is why patriarchy is essential and why the myth of constant female oppression must be maintained. This isn't one big conspiracy, its basic capitalism and humans making decisions. ALL ACCEPTED by leading gender studies journals. The kind of journals that underpin public policy, that make stats and are used by Times, Forbes, NYT, etc for their articles, they inform governments and shape polcieis. This hoax highlighted how they would accept "science" that "sounded right" or they agreed with or felt good to them. Any actual science journal would have laughed them out of existence. France has reached the us in term of gender studies. You remrember the crazy "manif pour tous" claiming kids were indoctrinated by the "Theories du Genre" while their fight against gay marriage was stupid, they were right about this. Now a lot of educator and psy say gender is a social construct.

I know lots of radical feminists and alot of them take the patriarchy theory for granted. The only thing in which we are more equal is the parenting court ... as most french women consider that raising kids is a degrading task.

Because many like what they hear: you're a queen, you deserve everything, you're better, you should do this, you should do that, they (men) oppress you, the system (patriarchy) is against you, you can be a slut if you want to, you can sleep around if you want to, you can be loud and obnoxious without being less attractive, etc.

It's just pandering. It also plays to their nature of greed and wanting to have it all. This isn't my personal opinion, the evidence suggests this. You can look up a TON of articles and confessions about, "they told me I could have it all" and "Feminism lied to me" and things like that.

This is amplified by social media I believe. Because the victim culture is a culture where you get a lot of attention for being a victim or being "offended." This discourages many people to do what is right and stand up against what is wrong. Because having an opinion will label you as the predator and an insensitive person.

Victims band together to gain the illusion of strength and togetherness. They're all fighting for a cause that ultimately is futile because it looks at the branches and not at the rotting roots. So a bunch of people wanting it all + a bunch of support to be victims + discouragement to fix problems and speak out = everyone fighting each other and no one is happy.

Then blaming occurs.

I'd argue that it's not just feminism that's the problem, but the gender tribalism. Feminism was just the trendsetter. All the movements following it that focus on gender (even men's rights activism) push people into fighting for 'their side'. This aggressive competition and constant bickering breeds distrust and resentment for both men and women. This is easy to slip into, but very hard to get out of.

Unfortunately the solution would be to treat people as free individuals, a practice that Americans crave but have all but forgotten.
