By the time they get all of their terms and explanations and all that bullshit labeled, the day is over and they've accomplished nothing. Just get on with your lives already! You're a woman, I'm a man, you have the same rights as I do, but you are NOT entitled to anything because you're a woman. You can pursue any employment you wish, but you should be based on your skills, level of education, and ability to do the job. Want to be a brain surgeon? Awesome! Go get it! Want to be a Doctor? All for it! Want to be an NFL lineman, Navy Seal or Firefighter? Pass the same physical requirement tests that men do. Sorry, but our ability to be saved in a fire overrides your want to show people that "Women can do anything they want to". Sometimes, you can't.
