The most disturbing part of this IMO is the quality of the writing. The fact a "professor" wrote such utterly nonsensical gibberish "The way the wage gap works largely today is through the glass ceiling" is indicative of the state of higher education today.

It's not just the bad ideas, poor reasoning and lack of logic ... far to many holders of advanced degrees from non-STEM programs are just fucking stupid and had no business ever getting in a college or university let alone graduating

If you look at the supposed email it has that edit cursor which implies that it isn’t an email but just something she typed out and then took a photo of. There’s no to or from, no actual part of the email, and the format is of a word document not of an email.
