I've read the entire case, so all it takes for the jury to convict Harvey Weinstein of the 2 rape allegation out of 5, is because the 2 cried (1 of them clearly cried out of nervous for lying infront of public instead of trauma, the other one was completely fake. Both of them did not provide any physical evidence) during testimony? Even when the judge rule out the allegation, the jury completely ignore any evidence Harvey's attorny provide (full text message and email to prove its consensual, the acusser even admit they are in fact in relationship during the testimony), does not grant Harvey the benefit of doubt, even when the testimony itself completely contradict each other (not to mention some of the accusation in question happened 15 years ago), the jury still convict him?

The motivation of the accuser should be obvious: Those celebrities traded sex for power, but afraid of public opinion towards her for doing it, she used the man after all these years and decide to clear her name by fabricate it into a rape case to clear her history. There is always two side of a coin, not every celebrities has to take the easy route, they always have choice. If Weinstein should be Criticized then why not Criticise the other side?

Compare to the Simpson case in the 90s, thats how much feminism infested US in this 20+ years and completely brainwashed the newer generations. The Jury selection process is a complete joke, we are talking about New York Supreme Court here, not some half-assed familiy court. This is not a trial, this is a witch hunt!

Although i'm not a fan of the hollywood scandals (and certainly not Weinstein himself), but that is a completely personnal choice between the two (celebrities trade sex for power), and public prejudice should stay the heck out of the legal system (maybe you are laughing at Weinstein as if he deserve it, but this messed up legal system could affect anyone, you might be next).

Not to mention mainstream media celebrate this conviction as some sort of victory for the legal system to take down a man in power? The double standard is so strong with this one that when a false accuser shamelessly lying by victim playing in front of USA Supreme Court jury, that is called "courage to speak out". But when an old man couldn't barely stand without a walking stick is called "cheat empathy from the jury"?

That is not the craziest part, what really drive me rage is, if anyone post this logic in any forum or any subreddit or other any social media, trying to express what the Supreme court had became by using this case as an example in the most reasonable ways, the person in question get immediately downvoted or post even deleted and collectively punished by shaming the person the same rapist as Weinstein?

The point is never about Weinstein, its about if the Supreme Court could give fair trial even to someone that the majority of people despises. The case is not "Should he be hated?", is "Did he rape?"

If you still don't get my point, imaging this hypothesise: At certain point in your life, a woman accuse you of first degree rape for whatever reason (may it be your ex girl friend, your co-worker or whomever), she knows that your are a MRA and spread this information to the public (The sad truth is it doesn't matter how we view MRA, the mainstream media and the majorities of "normies" and certainly feminists doesn't care if you are MRA, MGTOW, INCEL or even PUA, to them we are all hate groups and rapists that they despise, and it certainly against their moral system), and the public opinion are building up bias against you through the time of your court process period, and the Jury does not give you fair trial just because you have a history of being in a hate group, it was never about if you raped or not, it was about if you are hated or liked (they despise us just like how we might despise Weinstein). How is that a fair legal system?
