Hi ladies! I gave birth two and half months ago to a beautiful boy. Since then, I haven't had much of a sex drive at all. It could be due to breastfeeding, hormones, or the fact that I tore enough to get stitches... either way, I still desire intimacy with my husband, and I made it clear that blow jobs have always been available ;)

But my husband asked about how I was healing (he watched the birth from the business end, brave man!) And started showing interest with butt pinches and the like. He was being considerate and patient, and I was still very nervous about any type of penetration. I didn't feel sexy or flirty. So, to communicate where I was in the healing stages, and bring back a little fun, I used highschool terms!

He asked how I was healing before the stitches had fully dissolved, so I told him I was definitely ready for first base! When I stopped having pain down there, I let him know that second base was open!

This was not me limiting or holding out sexually from my husband. I've never turned him down. This was my way of communicating in a cute, feminine way. I giggled and blushed at his advances, and he loved the bases talk :) I just wanted to share what worked for me because at first I didn't know how to handle this situation at all.
