Howdy all!

So in my formative years I was always the "I don't get along with girls" type (fortunately not the "omg other girls are such drama, I'm not like them" type). All the same, I'm working very hard on changing that. It was actually prior to finding RPW that I asked myself "if I can't get along with girls in general...who has the problem? Every other girl? Or me?" (Hint: it's not every other girl). In the last 1.5 years I have grown to really appreciate female company, but I'm only just finally settling into a city where I can actually form lasting friendships.

So this post I want to ask you all your go-to activities for spending some quality feminine time with other ladies and really enjoying that connection that just can't be found with males.

Tomorrow afternoon I have a new friend coming over, as she asked me about skincare routines (shoutout to /r/Asianbeauty). We decided we could make a day of me showing her different products, and doing other fun things like manicures and making lunch.

What other activities do you add to your "girly days"?? I'm quite the novice so the only other thing I've thought of (which goes along with pedicures) is sea salt bath soaks for our feet.

Any suggestions, whether for a beauty day like tomorrow or just a general type activity would be awesome to help any of us newbies enjoy a good time with our fellow girl friends (:
