Give me an example... What kind of gap that favors men are we talking about?

For example, the pay gap is entirely the result of choices made by men and women. I would not balance those gaps artificially.

I'm not sure what other gaps would be out there that favored men...

Most MRAs support equality in general. We just think men are being ignored and need more of a voice.

I guess it depends on what specifically you had in mind.

Generally I think assistance should be based on need.

For instance if 4/5 homeless are men it should work out that 4/5ths of the spending goes towards men.

If 5% of those with breast cancer are men 5% of the charitable donations should go that way.

Etc.

There shouldn't be a situation to choose between a son or daughter. Neither of them are entitled to get more in expense of the other.

Both should get equal things in everything. For school, college, will, affection, care, love,understanding etc.

If resources are limited both will get limited things.

We are all individuals here and we all have our own values, beliefs, intuitions, etc. Nobody here can answer your rather broad and poorly defined question for "men's rights".

A gap does not necessarily indicate discrimination, unfairness, injustice etc. and it's possible that eliminating the gap will introduce unfairness or injustice, so I can't support a blanket rule about eliminating gaps, just because there are gaps.

For example, I absolutely do not support closing the 'height gap'. Any attempt to do so would be tyranny.

What is this? the Lord of the Flies? If you had to make a choice like this, perhaps you would either give both less, or make the choice of which child has the most potential to succeed and can benefit the family the most.

My sister got nice things I didn't get but I got knowledge she didn't. We chose to get the things we did.
