I think there's a certain type of insecure, lonely person who is predisposed to becoming either an incel or a feminist.

I'm not surprised you've seen feminists become incels, but I also wouldn't be surprised if the opposite happened either.

I do think there is a connection. Both male feminists and incel's, from what I can tell, tend to worship women.

But I often think that male feminists are guys with a shame based self image who bought the propaganda feminists handed them. In many ways the way a religious fundie might buy into the hellfire concept -- it fits his shame based low self worth image to think he "deserves" extreme punishment.

Making the jump to incel, well, eventually you might sort of wake up and realize no matter how much you hate yourself, it will never be enough to woo a feminist. But not awake enough to realize that she doesn't actually have anything you want anyway.

So, the resentment makes them incel. Even though incel is a bogus term, most anyone can actually buy sex if they wanted to. Point being, paid for sex is worthless because of what sex represents to us.

Umm no I don't think so, it's more that feminism is allowing young women to pursue their innate drives without restraint, so the majority of women are chasing a small minority of men, leaving those without the requisite degree of attractiveness and charm out to dry.

I dont think so. Look at Justin Trudeau. Prime minister of canada. He is rich, tall and handsome and the "leader" of canada from a Canadian aristocratic family. He would never be an incel. He claims to be a male feminist....not sure if that was to help his political career. I think some folks are just placed into a circumstance where they will become incels. Ugly, fat, dumb, poor. The world isnt fair.

I think it is age. If you are not in the top of coolness/attractiveness when young you are somehow forced to be an involuntary celibate.

Then by the time you get used to live alone and build your carrer, you are surrounded by femcel.

It wouldn't surprise me at all, but I think feminism in general are the cause of this 'rise of incel culture' or whatever they talk about.

There have been articles where feminists themselves admit they aren't actually attracted to male feminists at all, and typically go for men who specifically are not what they preach for. They don't really see the hypocrisy though.

It wouldn't surprise me. You have guys that are already losers that prostrate themselves before the altar of feminism, in hopes of being accepted by women, and then that doesn't work out and they're humiliated and rejected. That's gotta breed some serious resentment when you debase yourself for acceptance, and only get ostracized for your effort.

They try ingratiating themselves with women by being male feminists. It doesn't get them any nookie.

As far as I understand, for some of them, they do get nookie, at least temporarily until these women sleeping with the enemy get read the riot act by their feminist friends.

And whether men can actually be 'feminists' is a topic still under hot debate, a lot of women say that men can at best be feminist allies.

It depends, I think it's entirely possible that a few of them will be male feminists with the self-hating attitude that they have. I don't think so though, incels are quite open that a lot of them have simply given up due to the way they've been treated by women.

Sometimes. I guess they become true incels once they have been completely excused from the feminist movement after one too many rejections and subsequent tantrums over said rejections.

Not all incels have their beginnings as male feminists though.

Just my opinion.

Feminism means different things to different people. Justin Trudeau of Canada is a moderate feminist. Do you see him becoming an incel? Don't think so. When the women are loving and carrying, some men become feminists, and when the surrounding is full of mean women, some men become incels.
