If this dumb cunt doesn't understand the meaning of "age of consent", he shouldn't be a judge. A 13-year-old does not "consent" to sex with an adult

That's because he was and they are. But notice that even when the victim comes forward, there's still so much "but boys aren't really harmed by this". Just goes to show this rape myth is not based on what the actual victims feel; it's based on what society says men and boys ought to feel

It is clear he was a young man with other life difficulties at the time also but I accept this caused the complainant some psychological harm.

Imagine a girl was raped, she says it severely negatively affected her, and the judge says "no, I don't think so. You just had other problems. This only affected you a tiny bit"

Not to mention, look at this fucker's language: "young man", as if he was a young adult. The boy was a child, not a "man", young or otherwise. These are the kind of shits I wish predator vigilantes would come after, the rapist and the judge could both use offing. Worse than wastes of space
