I can relate to not liking big, hairy macho men. I am only visually attracted to Asian men, despite not Asian myself. I like most Asian men, but I would pick a small quiet Asian man in practical clothing over a big tall one with muscles and tattoos and lots of confidence. If I am honest I prefer betas and men who can have female friends. This goes against what this forum says, but it's what I like. I like a man who I can joke and gossip with, and who is hands on with our kids. I cannot imagine having a sexual relationship with a big, tall, stoic bearded white man who is double the size of me. It doesn't turn me on in the slightest. We all like what we like, and there are all sorts of men out there. I believe men are still men and women are still women. Men who are not macho and overly masculine are still very much men, they can still be good providers, husbands and fathers. I am a sahm and somewhat of a traditionalist who doesn't want to work and wants lots of children. That doesn't mean my provider has to be a chest beater. I prefer more gentle men who I can also be friends with. There is no set guideline you have to follow, pick a man who is right for you.

I suggest looking at guys that are confident, healthy, groom themselves without overdoing it (the over manicured beard ruins the second pic).

Alpha traits are leadership skills, conversational skills, command over ones life, decision making, dealing with shit tests, amused mastery etc. If you are attracted to someone and they have some or all of these qualities, you don't need an overly muscular guy.

While you may have preferences for appearances keep in mind that who you may settle for may not exactly fit into that category. Keep an open mind. My partner definitely does not fit into what I used to find visually attractive, (I used to also have a thing for pretty/thin/feminine looking boys and he is muscular, hairy and like a giant) but his charisma and alpha traits actually helped develop physical attraction and now I can't keep my hands off him. When we began talking I didn't even know what he looked like, attraction to him developed and when I met him it wasn't anything off putting like it might have been had I known what he looked like when we began chatting. Obviously it helps to have a physical connection with your partner but overall what they are like within counts more. I say this just for you To keep in mind so you don't overlook people that your eyes might not pay attention to. :)

I think your core issue is that you don't realize the alpha/beta dichotomy as related to RP theory is more about behavior than looks. Alpha is just a shorthand used to describe all of the behaviors that have to do with attraction, and beta is a shorthand used to describe all of the behaviors that have to do with comfort, etc.

Nope. And you can find those types of guys...my husband is an alpha and keeps alpha friends as company.

Some look like the pretty boy (then again, he red pilled this friend) and some look like that guy with the duck lips going on.
