So, he promise her marriage. They have sex. Some times pass, and the man doesn't want to marry her anymore. She can then use the law to force him to marry her. I guess consent can not be retracted once it is given, then. Right?

The India Supreme Court has ruled that if a man has sex with a woman and later decides not to marry her, then that is not rape. However if the woman can prove that the man had sex with her on the pretext of marriage AND she can prove that he never had any intention of marrying her, then in India that is considered rape.

Not saying I would do it that way. But it is sorta fair.
