A friend of mine has decided to re-enter the dating scene. We became friends through an ex-GF of mine and have remained friends since that ex-GF left my life. She has seen the improvement I've made in my life, particularly my dating life, and decided to ask me for dating advice.

We've been discussing social interactions and the nature of male / female interactions for a while, and while I've avoided presenting anything that is overtly Red Pilled, she welcomes the advice (and evidence) of women being feminine, supporting a Captain, etc. As well as the pitfalls of using men for validation, or obviously being used by men for sex.

She's a good friend so I want the best for her, and obviously my RP journey is VERY different to hers. I've been reading the sidebar on RPW for a while, and the ideas are very congruent with how I perceive any future successful LTR.

The hard part is that a lot of the way the information is presented here, works very well coming from a 'girlfriend', but I can't find a way to present it from my position without it being obviously against my own actions/nature (so sounding false) or being more overt about the origins of the advice.

Are there any guides or advice on how to give RPW advice as a man, without sounding like a contradiction?

edit: I think it was obvious in the title, but not in the text. She doesn't know of The Red Pill, I'm not going to try and lead her here. I'm hoping to give her sound advice on dating and vetting.
