What the fuck did she expect?

She 'understood' that the magazine didn't print nudes ... then why the fuck were they shooting them in the first place? If she consented to the shoot, and all the details are in that contract, then she consented to the shoot, and the magazine can use the product of that shoot as they see fit. Sure, leaked photos are leaked photos, but if you don't want to risk the leak, then don't sign a contract that allows for nude photography. No one can leak what doesn't exist.
