Women are more likely to get custody of children during a divorce, they can choose to have a child when her partner is opposed sometimes just for the sake of getting child support money from him, automatic army backing up women when they cry about literally anything, lesser sentences in court and female on male rape not taken as seriously, there are plenty of support groups and abuse shelters for women but not nearly enough for men because male abuse victims are instead laughed at and abused more by society and not taken seriously

In the vast majority of western cultures they have possibly the greatest privileges of all: the ability to decide to keep or abort their unborn child (even overruling the father in the process) and getting all the rights of citizenship without any of the requirements or responsibilities.

For instance, in the US the Selective Service System has been controversial for quite some time to the point that it's recently been deemed unconstitutional in it's current state. Why? If a man fails to sign up for the Selective Service System (read, the draft) this can result in a five year prison sentence, $250,000 fine, loss of access to student financial aid, being barred from working as a government employee, and even loss of the right to vote and/or citizenship. Women don't need to sign up for the draft and get all these things just for being a woman.

In other Western countries, such as the UK, women are also essentially barred from being convicted of violent crimes (assault, for instance) while men can be thrown in jail for being homeless and hungry.

They can falsely accuse a man of rape and even if there is plenty of evidence to show they were lying there are still people who will defend them to the death and the media is always sympathetic and doesn't bother to fact check. By the way, this can still happen even after the falsely accused sues them for defamation and wins. You'd think that would make most people think twice about it all but no, they still pretend the woman is innocent and the man is a rapist.

This isn't me talking about any ambiguous scenarios by the way, I'm talking about situations where beyond reasonable doubt the woman lied.

I dated a girl once who was the kind of girl to get free trips to Rome, Spain and other places just on account of her being beautiful (I didn't do anything like that because fuck that). She took full advantage of it. She'll have a hard time adjusting when she hits 30+ (she's in her early 20s now).

Rights across the board concerning reproductive and family law. Adoption laws, divorce, etc.

Anything to do with sexual relations like harassment and rape. The laws will either be explicitly sexist or else the law won't be enforced for male victims and female criminals. The new harassment laws sometimes fill in for the old Victorian laws criminalizing men for eg swearing near a woman.

Across the board better protections for women than men are often in law explicitly eg genital mutilation laws routinely protect women, never men. But if you count mere institutional practices sex discrimination is the norm. A woman could punch a man in the face and then have him arrested as harassing her.

Better access to education, to healthcare, to training, jobs, better and earlier retirement. Services generally fall over themselves to treat women better than men and are proud of it which is why by age 4 girls know they are better than boys and that adults think they are better. Boys take another 4 years to agree.

No matter what as a woman you're an innocent victim and men are nasty criminals. Women are first class citizens.

Justice system is built to lock up men and not women. In some cases eg the UK the government says this explicitly. At every level of the justice system women are treated better to a ridiculous degree. It's essentially a two tiered system.

Ok I can't be bothered with all this. Go read a book or something. Thousands of examples. You didn't even ask it to be limited to discrimination written into law.

I asked a female friend once if there are any advantages you get for being a woman.

She thought about it for a while and then finally said, "one thing you know as a woman is that if there's ever a social conflict, you can stay out of it."
I found this interesting. Basically have a right to neutrality/blamelessness. Presumably, there are social pressures on men to step up and take a stand where there is a morality issue. Women are allowed to be passive.
