That means the many, many women in this world who are just trying to do their jobs and make progress in their careers are being stymied by men who are terrified of being, I dunno, unable to control themselves while talking to a woman in the conference room.

lol no, that's not how you spell 'falsely accused of harassment'.

Oh, she knows. She knows. She is deliberately avoiding the nut of the issue with her smarmy "I dunno." Yeah, those stoopid menz and their stoopid overreactions. They are just impossible to figure out! Gosh, what's going on? Golly gee willikers!

...The Russians deny the existence of their secret stealth missiles, also. The surprise is gone if you admit that you have them. "What missiles, comrade? I don't know what crazy missiles you're talking about!"

She is a feminist, so her mental faculties are geared to first blaming men.

We need to hire a new book-keeper. It is my wife who has stated that we should not hire a woman...because, contrary to this jackwagon preaching her personal hate, most women see the light, and their primary "agenda" is not blaming men, but protecting their men.

Once again, feminism has harmed women with their singular, radical, man-hating agenda.

"Men are worried we'll act in bad faith. I know just how to fix that, interpret their behavior in bad faith!"

I was also going to say that. Why take the risk of some woman trying to ruin your life when you do not have to.

The amount of self-righteousness in this article is disturbing.

We're legit gonna start needing body cams soon, just to prove ourselves innocent since the court system forgot how to operate.

If that day ever comes I'm sure the fall in sexual harassment prosecutions will be purely coincidental /s

[–]Sailing_Salem 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I legit looked it up one day. It's about $160+ to get one. Seriously that's the world we live in where we need to consider this?

[–]vxd386 12 points13 points14 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Feminists want sex/gender segregation to create a safe space for women. Give them what they want, seperate everything. No more mansplaining, no more sexual harassment – let's do it! And don't stop there. For example, every sex/gender is only allowed to live in a house which has been built by the same sex/gender. I want to see how this would work out.

I bet men would then have a lot more luxury.

If this stuff was actually getting to court, we wouldn't be having this problem. The problem is that the punishment is mob action with no attempt to even deal with it legally.

[–]vxd386 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly.

cutting off women’s access to mentoring and access to senior-level managers is just another form of discrimination and sexism.

You hear that, male bosses? You OWE women advancement. You have no choice in the matter. You MUST inhabit the same hotel room as your female underling or you're a misogynist.

The next thing you know, you're a misogynist for not hiring a dumb blonde with big tits.

Companies need to address this to help women feel confident and comfortable at work,

You must install tanning beds, too. They must feel comfortable, like they're relaxing on a godamned beach. Let men pick up the slack and work extra hours while the ladies are sipping their mojitos. But don't you dare pay them extra, that'd be sexist!

In other news, 60 percent of people would be uncomfortable around a live grenade without a pin.

[–]Bobbrobb 2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The other 40% are PC cucks who won't admit it.

What concerns me also is that this could start a vicious cycle of things that benefits feminists even more.

Many companies are only hiring more women for the boardroom for PR purposes and the free positive advertising it brings them for the key demographic of women now (a woman is valued as about twice the worth of a man in terms of demographics, because women have the largest amount of free money and use it).

They are not hiring because the women are 'better', and often arent even qualified.

But if men who ARE worth it are uncomfortable, many big companies will probably sack the men, and simply employ more women who may not expect or know much about bonus schemes and so on, saving the company money.

But the real concern to me also is that the message this will send to men is that 'you're not capable or wanted in the boardroom anymore', so boys will grow up thinking it not possible for them.

Meanwhile, girls will grow up in a society that tells them they are 'better' than men for this.

I count myself among them. Especially when they try to hug me. Get the F#@k away!

[–]Fortspucking 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is straight up saying that men's discomfort is invalid, wrong. What makes women uncomfortable is central, even if it's just an imagined situation; what makes men uncomfortable--even when there is real risk--should be discounted. Clear case of sexism.
