I'm at a lost fellas. I really am. My girl got in a bad car accident back in November and since then a lot of her trauma from the past has come creeping back up as a result. She was in an abusive marriage before that she never quite dealt with. Also a rather fucked up childhood. She's currently in a state where literally anything I say or do even if completely justified by her actions of being disrespectful towards me I'm always the bad guy who's not catering to her fragile state of mind. She recognizes her irrational frame of mind right now as she works through these things, per her, but is quite literally starving our relationship in the process. She can be a total bitch to me and I'll call her out on it essentially stating that she can't talk to me that way, etc. and she'll ultimately blame me for not being understanding of her crazy mind right now and that I'm not being what she needs from me right now. She has this thing currently where if you even remotely say something to caveat a part of a conversation and it somehow distracts her from her original intent of what she was saying she gets super worked up and ultimately it leads to an argument. Our intimacy went from daily to almost nothing. When I've asked her why she'll barely even touch me regardless of sex she states that all the arguments we've had, mind you she started, and is actually the culprit by always doing something super disrespectful, that she thinks I'm not being there for her. She essentially wants me to lie down and take all her irrational shit while she goes through this because she's 'not capable' right now.

I want to believe that she's genuinely trying to work through her own demons. And I think I do by various things she's doing. But she's destroying us in the process. I have a four year old boy with her. I care about her tremendously and before all of this our relationship was a solid RP relationship. I just don't know what the fuck to do anymore and both not lose her but also keep my dignity... Any thoughts greatly appreciated...
