A little background....

Found out wife was cheating after a short marriage-less than a few months. Wife is now pregnant. Currently in the process of divorce in Ohio. Would like to see if anyone else has been through this.

What is the chance of getting custody, visitation, etc. Man has a degree, a good job, and family support. His family also has agreed to help pay for the attorney, so money is not a concern.

If he could, he would go for full custody, but there aren't grounds to merit this. He does want to be as big as a part of this child's life as he can be. Suggestions to make this possible? Someone told him he would only get to see the baby a few hours a week. His attorney won't even talk about custody until the child is born. All he says is that the man won't have a problem with visitation or shared custody.

Ex-wife makes around 1000 more a year than he does. Will he still pay child support? Or will it be null and void?
