Oh sorry, forgot to explain my point lol. Passengers could easily explain everything, but instead they tried to defend the female as if she was being raped, so the police/security automatically arrested the man.

It happens to us all at one time or another.

Passengers could easily explain everything, but instead they acted as if she was getting raped, so the police/security automatically arrested the man.

The video cuts out as they are subduing him and if you look just as they arrive the woman looks like she might be unconscious after her head wacked what looked kinda like a rail or something (about time stamp 1.49 ish), so the bystanders might be about to explain what happened.

But my read on it is the cops came into the carriage as he was chasing her and probably saw him cause her to smack her head and it really looked like she is at the very least dazed at that point if not out cold, I can't blame the cops for their instant reactions which were restrain the perceived aggressor, render aid to potential causality and crowd control (I am assuming the person barking commands for everybody to sit down was one of the officers).

Also as I said in the first comment I made when he started to pursue her away from the door he had probably went beyond simple self defence, which is the same position I would hold no matter what.

Well try an actual response to the person that said those things numbnuts...

Was she initially out of order? Yes.

Was he acting in self defense? Up to a point in my opinion, right upto when he started to chase her down the carriage. At which point its leaving the position of self defence and moving rapidly towards one of punishment instead.

Were the cops wrong in what they did? No because they came in after it started and frankly you have to judge the actions they took on the information they had available at the time they took the actions in question, which were one person on their feet having chased another and potentially rendered them unconscious so the person still moving was restrained, started to render aid to the potential causality and control the crowd.

There is nothing white knight related in any of that, she started this incident without a doubt and for no reason. That however does not let the guy off on probably going beyond the bounds of simple self defence (by chasing her) and no matter how much sympathy you/me/anybody else may feel for the guy makes any difference.

Again the cops caught the tail end of the incident and for the actions in the video I see no issues with them.

I think they saw what happened thru CCTV. As further proof, I bet he gets charged and she doesn't. This isn't "in my head." It's literally every clip involving the police, courts, judges, bystanders. I never saw police help a man, never, if it involves a woman. I think you make excuses because you want to believe in goodness, you want to believe in humanity, the idea that it's as I say is repugnant to you. But the truth is with me, as depressing as it is. I think all men of authority and wealth should be driven out of power, looted and kicked in the balls. They never used their power to help the little guy, in fact they created our strife, they wrote the laws and applied the laws. Cops should be in jail so the other inmates can kick the shit out of them. Judges should be dragged thru the courts and stripped of their possessions unjustly. "bu-but this isn't fair!" Yeah that's what we've been saying for a hundred years asshole, it isn't fair. It also isn't fair to leave women stranded on the side of the road or not do anything for women, but they benefit from the system and they generally try to keep us subservient. I didn't create this crappy world. I just live in it. I'm also not some political genius with all the answers, why don't I have a right to be angry and confused and irrational just like any other creature.

That's...not how proof works.

That is categorically untrue. There are many instances of men being treated fairly, or even more than fairly, if you look for them. I, personally, was awarded full custody of my kids over my ex by a female judge. Your frequent use of absolutes and extreme remedies suggests to me that you are suffering from some level of ideological posession. This is a danger of relying too heavily on this sub; while it does an important job of bringing underreported injustices against men to light it's narrow focus can make it seem like everything is setup against men which simply isn't true (or a useful way to think).

It's good that you can recognize that you're not thinking rationally but it's important to take the next step of filtering your statements accordingly. For example:

Do you want things to be fair? Persecuting every single judge (or cop, feminist, whatever) will certainly harm people who are making an effort and are legitimately doing good work. That's not fair. And if you don't care about things being fair, what justification do you have to seek revenge for unfairness against yourself? Same with allowing unfair things to happen to those who "generally benefit from the system". It's identity politics, the same crap used by feminists, racial supremicists and religious zealots and it usually leads to violence and demunanization.

I don't think I have all the answers either (I don't think anyone does) but I've read enough and seen enough different ideas to know what doesn't work and treating people like they're just parts of a group does not work (for a precise explanation, Jordan Peterson explains it much better than I ever could). There are judges, cops, teachers, even feminists, who are sympathetic to mens' issues, but it's hard to get them on board if people are going to make outlandish statements about dragging them to jail or kicking the shit out of them.

I think that the best thing we can do at this point is find reasonable people in different groups and get them to understand the hypocracy men and boys face so that we can't simply be painted with the "butthurt, neckbeard, incel" brush by the mainstream. We need to shop cops how women exploit their sympathy to avoid domestic violence charges, to show judges that men are needed to raise kids and not just to pay for them, to show feminists that their pursuit of equity has resulted in devastating inequality. We do this by reaching out with arguments and facts, not lashing out with assumptions and feelings.
