Right there in the fucking title. “Let off because she’s a woman”. Judges have gone on record saying they are letting women off of serious crimes just because they are women. For example the judge that said a woman that had sex with a young boy can’t be called a pedophile just because she’s a woman. What’s it going to fucking take for men to stand up against this shit? And there are men that still believe that women have it so bad in this world and the patriarchy is real.

This wasn't a judge letting her off. It was a commander in her regiment who chose to treat it as a "conduct" issue instead of involving military police (as he should have done).

And she hasn't gotten away with it. Other men in the regiment came forward claiming it wasn't fair and the military police are now involved and investigating. The actual victim has said he's happy with the original commanders decision because he was worried if he pushed it it would follow him for the rest of his career that he's the guy who complained about a woman coming on to him.
