This is a conglomerate, so it will be hard to avoid. However, you don't have to completely rid yourself of P&G products. Just get rid of the easiest ones to replace in your house. P&G brands are more expensive than alternatives and they offer no additional value. Save money and buy alternative brands.

This is not a complete list of products to BOYCOTT, but here are some easy household ones you can replace with better and cheaper products:

  1. Gillette - You can replace them with either safety razors or do what I do and buy cheap disposable razors (not made by gillette). They last as long, are as good, and far cheaper.

  2. Herbal Essence / Head and Shoulders - You probably don't use this crap, but if you do change to any other brand.

  3. Febreze - These aerosol deodorants are putting toxic shit in your lungs anyways. Get rid of it or pick a different brand.

  4. Tide / Gain / Bold / Dawn / Joy / Daz / Bounty / Ariel / Ivory - Detergents / soaps filled with tons of toxic chemicals. Better to use any other brand and best to get a natural replacement

  5. Crest / Oral B - I replaced mine with sensodyne. Much higher quality too.

  6. Scope - Replace with Listerine or mom and pop variety

  7. Old-spice / Secret - Replace with any other deodorant brand. I use Rexona

Stores like walmart oftentimes only have brands that are from a few conglomerates (P&G, Johnson johnson, etc). If you want to avoid a conglomerate, period, then buy these household durable goods from online. They never expire, so just order in bulk from Jet.com, Amazon.com, etc. Online stores have more product variety.
