Avoid dating a feminist and you’ll be fine, man. My wife is traditional. She loves being a wife and mom to our 5 month old baby girl. She likes having doors held open for her and trusts me to guide our little family through life. She absolutely hates feminists and has always much preferred being around men, claiming they are just nicer people.

There’s more women out there that are like this. Just takes time to find them. Don’t get discouraged

Feminism (or more specifically, cultural marxism in general) is a snake that eats its own tail. Feminists are systematically disenfranchising society's most productive members. As you probably know, men compose >80% of the tax base and women are ~80% of the state's beneficiaries. There will be a critical point when enough is enough. I am not saying that there will be any sort of political revolution, but rather, that in the face of a global economy governments that punish their most productive members simply cannot survive. They are de-incentivizing and punishing men for doing what men have done to make the USA great. Eventually, the pendulum will swing the other way. The US will be faced with brain-drain, (Eastern Europe seems to be a likely destination for most expats) and it will either have to bring back meritocracy or commit to collapse.

While few identify as femnazis nowadays. The programming for certain age groups was lifelong. Sometimes that programming brushes up against thier reason or logic. It has certainly poisened things for our generation pairbonding wise. Feels like there main goal was destroy families and relationships.

Depending on your age you can:

if you are very young, focus on your studies and go on with your life, sooner or later enough people will gonna get destroyed, vilified, and sick of this bullying and the cultural current will change. By the time you will enter the dating market the new cultural norms will start to appear as a reaction to the repressive feminist culture of today.
if you are a teenager, focus on your studies and personal development. The more time passes the more people will gonna get sick of this environment, including young women. Think about traveling abroad when you finish all your studies, and invest in yourself, do not take debt for education, just improve yourself using cheap or even DYI methods.
if you're a college dude. That sucks. Finish the college first. Don't make debt, try to accumulate money, not debt. Think about moving to conservative areas, or think about traveling abroad. Then do it. If you live in a liberal/progressive area stay safe, play safe, be safe. You still have about 10 years ahead of you before thinking about marriage, so you too can wait this shit to pass.
if you are 30-35 and think of settling down. You have more options: the conservative traditional route, the near abroad route, the far abroad route or the super selective route.

A conservative route means focusing on marriage, less dating, having a focus on expressing clearly your intentions and find girls that are into this. Go for girls, preferable virgins, with strong conservative values. Talk about, don't make sex until after marriage (yeah, it sucks).

A near abroad route means South America. Focus on safer countries, and larger towns. Avoid the problem zones and you will be fine. Search for medium-high educated young women, preferable with good family values. You can also go for fun, but mind your protection as SDT is a huge issue in some areas. Play safe and you will be super ok.

A far abroad route means Europe, Russia, Asia. Same things as the near route apply. The far route is safer, less violent but it requires more money and to be willing to adapt to a new environment. If you truly love adventure, this is the route for you.

TL/DR: play safe, let time pass as others will gonna fall before you and a counter culture will start to grow, focus on conservative girls, travel abroad, move abroad, stay safe there.

My girlfriend is a feminist, but she's more like the old ones (1st wave?), not like these (3rd wave?) ones that we have today.

She's a great woman and I'm proud of who she is, she and I both respect each other even when we have differing views and ideas.

I completely understand being as afraid as you are. Honestly, I just told my GF 2 days ago almost the same things you said.

Not all of the women out there are crazy and there are some good ones still, but definitely be careful. They have a lot of power currently and they don't understand what they are truly doing with it.

Lots of things to address: 1) the wife idea.... Divorce rate is around 50%? or so, that risk is yours to take. I'm in my 40's, so i have some years of experience. In your 30's, you will be the trophy as long as you have your shit together (house, job etc.). That market is easier, but stay away from the single moms looking for bailout.
2) getting falsely accused. Just be careful and never be alone with a woman. Especially at work. When having a meeting with a female, keep the door open so people can see in or both of you bring your own witnesses. 3) not getting a job. You just have to work extra hard. That's life. Now you are competing for a job against more candidates. When you get that job, it's because you earned it. Good luck, don't worry so much and stay safe

You listed eleven specific fears, all of which will tend to get worse the more you hang out among MRAs and related people. If you change your social and internet habitat these fears might recede a bit as they will not be getting reinforced so much, or they might recede a lot. But in that case I suspect you will just develop a new set of fears about some other topic because you are subject to a psychological law, the conservation of anxiety.

If you can afford a therapist that might be an excellent investment. The sooner the better, it is a waste of life to put it off.
Otherwise you could ask your GP about a non-addictive anti-anxiety med as an experiment. Just see how the world looks with it. Sometimes they prescribe a SSRI antidepressant instead for mild anxiety because they do have an anti-anxiety effect and are low on side effects. If you are in the US beware of benzodiazepines. They are the most effective anti-anxiety meds by far but some people end up with a serious addiction. US docs are very lax about that for some reason. Benzos are great for panic attacks though if you ever get those.

Some of your fears simply do not reflect reality. This is crazy talk. You are probably aware of at least some of your irrational thinking, and I guess that just makes it worse because you can't stop the anxiety.

That is one of the crazy ones. If you actually believe it then your problems include extreme isolation and selection of rubbish information sources.

There was a time in the mid 80's, the yuppie years, when babies became uncool and everybody was supposed to devote themselves to making a fortune in the corporate world or playing the stock market etc. That spirit affected feminists too, and lipstick feminism was invented. But it didn't take long until the fashion changed, having a baby and a corporate career became the new ideal. "You can have it all". That collided with reality, women realised you can't have it all so made the choices which result in the current earnings gap, which mostly consists of choices made to suit child rearing. Having a family never stays out of fashion for long.

I married a feminist, she was a lovely wife and mother. There are more important things than politics.
